2. Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via www.roova-shop.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products
Roova offers car seat and stroller combinations, including accessories such as rain covers, sun shades, diaper bags, and cup holders. In the future, three-wheelers and buggies may also become available. All sales are conducted online only.
4. Ordering and Payment
You may pay via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Klarna, Google Pay, Maestro, and Shop Pay.
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
5. Shipping Information
We ship across Europe and the United Kingdom.
Typical delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping costs are €6.95 for orders under €50.
Free shipping for orders €50 and above.
6. Return Policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receipt, provided the product is unused.
Any damage to the product must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a free return.
Free returns for the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries: you cover the cost of return shipping, except when damage or incorrect delivery is involved.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or alterations to the product.
8. Liability
Roova is not liable for damage arising from improper or negligent use of the delivered products.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
