At Roova, we do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about shipping regions, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email. In many cases you’ll also receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping Costs

For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.

Orders of €50 or more are shipped free of charge.

Delays

While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to high demand at couriers, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Roova is not liable for delays caused by the courier.

If No One Is Home During Delivery

If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will either leave the package with a neighbor or deliver it to a nearby pickup point. You will receive a notification by email or via a notice in your mailbox.
