Refund Policy
At Roova, we strive to provide you and your little one with high-quality, safe products. Not quite satisfied? No problem! You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
You may return your order within 14 days after receipt.
Returns are your responsibility, unless the product was damaged upon receipt or the wrong item was delivered.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, complete, and in new condition, including all packaging and accessories. Every return is thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If it is found that the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In that case, the product will be sent back to the customer. The shipping costs for both the original delivery and the return shipment will be entirely at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you find damage or received the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours at info@roova-shop.nl, including photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will provide a free return label.
Return Costs
Free returns for the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries: you cover the cost of return shipping, except when damage or incorrect delivery is involved.
For damaged or wrong items, we will send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 5 days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Used or damaged products cannot be returned, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect (see Warranty Policy for more details).
